S & S Holdings. is a duly registered Company in the Republic of Korea. The company is authorized to engaged in the real estate business in all its aspects. To purchase, lease, or in any manner dispose of or deal with lands and other real property and interest therein.
The S & S Holdings develop and constructed the Hill State Apartment in a eight point four (8.4) hectares land at 447-15, Samga-dong, Chein-gu, Yongin-su, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, with thirteen (13) residential buildings, forty one (41) story with a total of one thousand nine hundred fifty (1,950) units and with a sales value amounting to 1.1 Billion USD
S & S Holdings owned 52% share of the two hundred million dollar (200M USD) investment of the Tacoma Farm Resort located at 2662-11, Jangsu-ru,Gyenam-myeon, Jangsu-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Korea.
S & S Holdings also owned 52 % share of the One Billion Two Hundred Million Dollar (1.2B USD) investment of the Korea Pilot School-Tacoma Aviation, a biggest pilot school in the Republic of Korea which owns eleven Cessna 172’s and Piper PA-44 Seminole for their multi-engine program and one FMX-1000 simulator with Garmin G1000 avionic. The Flight training and primary base of the operation is at Gimpo International Airport in Seoul.
Korea Pilot School, based in Seoul, was established in February 2007 to offer a Koreans a domestic pilot school instead of studying abroad and to support and contribute to the development of Korea’s aviation industry. Today Korea Pilot School is involved in several aviation fields: aerial photograpgy, engine, airframe, avionics parts wholesale, aircraft maintenance, chartered plane and others.
